Top Drift Round 2 May 26th and 27th

Hey every,

Round two is approaching. I think this is probably the funnest track of the season being Horse Thief Mile. So if any one in LA area or around wants to come out to Willow Springs and support a fellow member come on down. Saturday is practice all day and Sunday is the race. Hopefully will not have my motor go out on me before qualifying again or anything else break and hope to make it into the sweet 16. There will be some where between 50 and 60 drivers with only 16 being picked so its going to be tough competition with several former Formula D drivers competing.

Been talking to Dave via PM but just wanted to post here and say thanks for the support. Don't want to look like I was not responding

Didn't make it into the top 16 but had a ton of fun. Not sure what I placed yet but should know soon. Only had one problem with the car all weekend broke the pressure plate on the clutch 10 minutes before practice ended. I had a spare stock pressure plate out of the 5mge that came with the car and threw that one in an hour and a half just in time to make it up the hill for qualifying. Here is my best of the three qualifying run's first run made a mistake second run was almost identical to the third run which here is the video. Will post more footage soon.

Looks like I placed 20th out of 60 drivers and with not even being able to do qualifying runs at round 1 I am currently 26th place out of 60 plus drivers since some drivers were at the first race not at the second.

here are some runs of me trying to chase down Alex Pfieffer, Bruce Kress with Brandon Wicknick behind me all these runs were in a row one after another I just edited out the cruising around the track part. Alex's lexus is putting down 700hp so he pulls away from my 200hp pretty easy. Not sure what the RX7 was putting down but I'm guessing around 400hp

Wow, that is some awesome footage! They need to do some chasing so we can get footage of your car!

I'm sure some one out there has some. don't know if they will post it up though. The purple 1JZ 240sx following me is supposed to be putting up footage of chasing me. Hopefully he will post that soon.
