Still a no start. I know I am getting Fuel to my rail and it seems to be traveling straight to the return line gunna use a noid light tonight and see if I have pulse. I can see my ignitor wire is giving spark.
Any more advice ??Matt K.

Do you have all the grounds at the intake connected? Why not wire up the fuel pump ECU to do it correctly? Its the easiest thing in the world to install so the system works properly. I'm sure sure if the 2JZ ECU will work properly without the DI circuit connected.

I would hook up the fuel pump ecu if I just know how. I was planning on installing it after it was running. But your right it should be simply enough to put it in and get rid of a code.
I checked my grounds and I believe that I have Them hooked up right. Then again I've been wrong before. I have taken pictures instead of typing it out. Maybe they are worth a million words...

Any idea what connector those two extra wires go too?J

These are the only two I saw when installing.
I also have some other mystery wired if you could help me indentify them.

I am starting to wonder if my dizzy is bad. Its getting fuel it's getting spark and air. Yet keeps backfiring and sputtering like the timing is off. I have set the timing a few hundred time now. I am certain that the #1 piston is TDC. The cams are lined up with the cover notches. And the crank is set to 0. yet it stil sounds like the timing is retarted when cranking. I know the crank and cam sensor get signals from the dizzy. Is this somthing I can whip out my diagrams and test at the ecu?Last edited by scottevil; 06-07-2012 at 06:30 PM.

Those extra wires look like they're for auto trans also those two wires are for coolant temp sensor I believe. The one for ECU not gauge, def wanna hook that up its under intake manifold right next to temp sensor for gauge.

So me and Ian confirmed that the temp sensor is hooked.
Car starts and idles now. just a bit loopy. Gunna keep looking for stuff lolMatt K.
