Celica XX talking box, relay? Japanese talking box/warning system

The celica xx's have these right? Some warning buckle up your seatbelt thing in Japanese? Anyone know if its possible to hook these up in our USDM cars?
Would be awfully cool and would impress passengers!

This is what supergreg sent me... just for anyone interested. If you read the Celica xx FAQ thread, Rosso stated its a separate computer. (back fender pannel)

It has a part #, and the harness probably does as well, so that should help, but I'm betting you could get a 6mge ecu easier than finding one of those.
