I'm at a lost....played with the Supra a bit today before heading back to Indy for work this week. Car hadn't been started for 1 week. With the SAFC unplugged, it took 7 or 8 tries to get the car to catch. When it finally did, pig rich, wideband at 10.2, RPMs barely above 400rpms??? Now last week, idle was way high. Didn't do anything to and now its way low?? I did try plugging back the SAFC in, still way lean. At 32% added, I could get the A/F about 15.0. Not driveable cause when I would blip the throttle, it would go lean and almost die.
I'm getting lost with this...any suggestions?FLYGFSH

Stop plugging in additional electronics and fix it as-is.
LexAFM and 550's should run about like stock. ...if you can't get it do to so, something is wrong, fix it.

Billy, didn't plug anything extra into this. As stated, with only the 550s and Lex AFM, I am running now pig rich and very low idle. Didn't touch the car since last week when it had a high idle. I only plugged in the SAFC to try and pull full at get it closer to 14.6. Will spend some time this weekend on it?

Read our previous comments about the idle screw etc. It should run like stock with lex/550s only.

Idle screw has not been adjusted. Before the injector change, car idled just great at 725rpms. I'm gonna retrace everything I did this weekend, thinking something is wrong with the IAC?...hopefully!

It will take a good long drive or two to relearn your setup before idle will return to normal.

I'm saying, check to make sure the throttle is closing all the way, then use the idle screw to get it to idle well. Then let it relearn.

Decided to re-trace what I did. Started with the IAC since I was having the idle issue. Found that the gasket had slipped off during the re-install. This morning I went to put it back together.....and I cracked off one of the damn tabs! I think I have another one out at the hangar? Stay tuned...

OK, the car is running and idle is about 800rpms. The IAC was missing its gasket during the initial re-assembly. Destroyed the tab on my IAC, luckily I had an extra one out by the airplane. Installed that unit, only to discover it was junk....no click..click..click once you turn the key off. I was able to swap internals for the good housing. Reassemble and fired right up, idle was good.
However car is still very rich. AF is 10.0, and wants to fall on its face when ever you tap the throttle. Fuel pressure is still at 30psi, might try backing it down when I get back to it next weekend? I did not plug in the SAFC to see what would happen.FLYGFSH

Do you know the gauge on the FPR is good?
Is is possible that it is reading low?
DO NOT PLUG IN THE SAFC UNTIL YOU HAVE IT RUNNING CORRECTLY WITHOUT!
