7mgte downpipe in 85 supra 5mge?
I'm going turbo in my 85 supra 5mge and i'm looking for a downpipe, would the 86 supra 7mgte downpipe fit the 85 supra? I just need a downpipe to go off the turbo and run down under the car for now so i can bring it to the exhaust shop and have them put in a 3in exhaust all the way back.

Chimp and Raptor sell purpose fit ones. The 7MGTE down pipe will work, but doesnt quite fit. Its slightly too long up top, and will foul at firewall. And, the outlet points the wrong way under car.

Depends which one you're talking about, but I've used the stock downpipe with 2 cats on it in my car for smogs and such. Fits perfect except is relocates the converter behind the tail of the transmission.
