Ok will do, as for the break up of power around 4000 light load, today I advanced the timing 3 degrees across the low load below boost range and now the power loss is gone...
However I started slowly transitioning into boost less than 10psi and got a small scare when I looked at the egt gauge, it was between 1500 and 1600f let of the gas right away and it cooled rapidly, I don't remember ever seeing temps above 1400f with a stockish setup... Thank goodness for water meth I think I need to richen up the mixture

For reference my egt probe is in my exhaust manifold prior to the turbo

Wow that info was invaluable for egt temps glad I'm in the ballpark

i should add that my egt's were in that range under full throttle. cruising was much much lower. dont recall what they were. i kind of ignored them as i knew they wouldnt hurt anything where they were. im thinking 900ish while cruising with the 14.7:1ish afr. when it was 16:1 it was ~1200, but the stock radiator couldnt keep up so i put it back to stoich for cruise.

btw, ive been doing some reading today. since all the gas is now a e10 blend, stoich is not 14.7 anymore. its ~14.13. so i tweaked my afr table accordingly and also tweaked my timing table a lil. once the battery on my 84 is done charging im going to load that msq and see how it runs. may also swap out the camry coils for the ford coils i have had for a long while. even though they dont fit exactly like i want, i want to see if they fix the occasional spark breakup issue i have at higher boost levels. been bored so had to do something to entertain myself. lol
