new here an hate to scrap my 91limited cressida
Hi, I have a 91cressida with a 7m-ge motor. Its on its way to a scrap yard with 107000 miles on it. I don't want to do it. Just lost interest in fixing the head gasket .. any suggestions on what to do with it?

Part it out, or man up and head gasket.

buy a replacement engine, or finish the head gasket. once the head has been surfaced, its just a few hrs work to put it back together.

Problem is... I bought it an only have a hand written reciept. An the title.. the gentleman past away, an then so did his daughter from cancer.. no use in fixing it if I can't drive it. Would rather part out but don't want to wait forever for the money from it.

why not just file for the title. shouldnt take more than a couple weeks to get it. wont cost that much either. btw, last i checked it is illegal to scrap a car without a title.

I'm in Williamsport, pa.. I dunno 700$.. obo.. have been told by a few ppl that that is more then fair. For someone that has the time to part it out. Its a good deal. But my bills wont wait that long. There isn't any interest for it in my area. Had it sold as a roller for 600 to a kid that was putting a 2jz in his cressida..not sure what happen to him..
So it's got to go.. no need for it as I have a 88 mr2, lifted Xj an a soon to be lifted forester... taking space at my dads. Have a 96 4runner that's got to go too. Bad head gasket only like 72000 miles on it. Troy winner 3455 @ Gmail. Com
