Valve Spring Seat Wanted

I'm looking for a "valve spring seat"

I'm parting out a 5MGE. Not entirely sure if it's a good idea to use a used Valve Spring Seat...or at least possibly better to use a set and that specific valve.

If U can get verification that it's OK to use a used seat by itself...or whether it's better to replace the specific valve and all of it's components... (since the "set" will tend to wear together) and only add just a new valve seal.

Anyone weigh in on this??

Anyway, Once I get the Harmonic Balancer off, I'll have a complete set of Valves & components and can spare a couple for sure.
