    no crank?????

I have had is problem multiple times now. Everytime is seems to be the battery terminals. I have changed them once already but it continues to do the same thing. Power is alright everywhere but there not enough contact to get the starter to budge. Is there a heavy duty racing set or something out there i can get? This is getting annoying to say the least. I can see all the vibration making the terminals loose but there has to be something to stop this.

For me i always cleaned the connection at the starter as well it gets corroded and will not pass enough amperage. It also may be a sign the starter is bad. Clean the starter terminals and it it goes away away for a while and then returns its the starter.

There not corroded. I took off both positive and negative terminals and bought new ones to replace them with. I took off the cable at the starter and cleaned it up. Still nothin. WTF???

Contacts in the starter could be going out. Cheap to fix and the hardest part of replacing them is getting the starter out/in the car.

I concur. I would see if the brushes are worn in the starter. At least that's what I think Chris is referring to.
One trick if the brushes are worn. Turn the key while some friend taps the start fairly hard with a hammer and a long piece of steel to reach it. If it cranks, yes replace the brushes or, ha, ha....buy a used starter from me.
