It's a Nissan Silvia Super Silhouette, details below, verbatim from Nissan's Zama Car museum. Working for Nissan occasionally has it's benefits, lol.

This is the machine driven by K. Hoshino at the Fuji Super Silhouette races (held between 1979 and 1984). Super Silhouette cars looked like production cars outside, but sported Formula car engineering inside. In accordance with international Group 5 regulations, the engine was the same twin-carb LZ20B (570PS) used in the Skyline Super Silhouette.
Overall length / width / height
5,000/1,980/1,250mm
Wheelbase*
2,400mm
Tread (front/rear)
1,710/1,650mm
Curb weight
1,050kg
Engine
LZ20B (4-cyl. in line, DOHC), 2,082cc
EngineMax. power
Over 419kW (570PS)/7,600rpm
EngineMax. torque
Over 539Nm (55.0kgm)/6,400rpm
Clutch
B& B triple plate
Transmission
Doug Nash 5-speed
Brakes
Lockheed 4-pod(front & rear)
Tires (front, rear)
270/590-16/350-700-19
Group 5 specifications (*As measured)
I think the twin carb bit was incorrect, perhaps a translation thing, as they were turbo.

You had to watch IMSA on "Diamond P sports" which, I think, is where we got Dave Despain from. I sat in the Doc Bundy IMSA GTP Corvette at some Chevy Dealership in Detroit, back in the day.
