    Cool Wanted 6M pistons

    I'm looking for a set of 6M pistons good used set -low miles ( of coarse, and the world) or new even better Rings would be great also. Any ideas on where to even order would help

    I got mine from here. They are the same as 5m pistons so that's what you need to order. I think I paid around $150.

    Would be better off getting high comp 5m pistons instead of the low comp 5m pistons the 6ms got. Well unless if you are build a turbo motor.

    6M bored .50 over. 250cc injectors. Delta 272 regrind cams. Carter HF fuel pump.
    Pacesetter header w/2.5" cutsom exhaust. Open air intake filter. 3" piping to TB. 65mm TB & ported AFM.
    4:10 rear from Supra. BillyM shifter kit. Swapped most interior over to black. T3 camber plates.
    935 Budget Coilover kit. KYB AGX struts. T3 Needle bearing upper perch kit. Eibach Sport rear supra springs. SF Ford TFI Performance coil.
    Almost finished with the fiberglass hatch!

    83CelWA is correct. If you want high comp pistons, you'll need to get pistons from a 84 and up 5mge engine.

    That site seems to be very general, it lists the 5MGE as being 81-85 and having 8.8:1 compression with no option for the 9.2:1, in which there's a big difference obviously. I mean, this works fine if you want the exact duplicates of the 6MGE pistons, but if keeping the motor N/A< I highly suggest getting the 5M 9.2:1 domed versions instead.
