    tail light question

    Hello all,

since i am totally new to this supra world, i know i have a lot of question recently. tried to used the search button but nothing came up. so i decided to post another question so please bare with me. do you know if you can separate the black trimming from the amber lens section of the tail light, or it comes as a whole unit? i disassembled it, the grey housing is glued to the amber lens, and looks like the black trimming surrounds is also perfectly bonded/glued to the amber, please advice.

    thanks,
    joe

Joe, technically yes but due to the age of the plastic too brittle to try...it is bonded not really meant to be seperated.

Where are you located?? I'm out in the San Ramon Valley and work in the City of Newark.

There was one in San Leandro recently. Check my post for links to pictures.

You just missed 86 Corolla meet that was on August 4. There were 2-3 Supra's there. There will probably be some pictures around the net soon.

The Pick-n-Pull in Newark is pretty big. The import section is bigger compared to the PnP in Oakland and Fairfield. There's also one in Richmond, I think two in San Jose, Sacramento, and Stockton.
