My favorite beer is a tie between Yeungling and Big Swell IPA but sadly they don't sell them here in Texas.
You'll need to make the trek to newberg oregon, to have the last beer you'll ever want:

It looks like I'm gonna have a lot of beer collecting/drinking to do when I get back to WA. That's pretty cool that Rogue made a Voodoo Doughnut brew. I'm drinking Shock Top Belgian white and Fosters tonight. Both get a big thumbs up from me. I'm gonna try to find a bar with a lot of selection this weekend.

Congressman Ryan, Romney's VP choice, said in a speech at a rally over the weekend that "My veins run with cheese, bratwurst, and a little Spotted Cow and some Millers,"
He knows good beer. I don't know if you can find Spotted Cow outside Wisconsin, though. If you do, try it, you'll like it.

I haven't seen spotted cow. I did however find Newcastle brown ale on tap at a bar about 2 miles from my hotel.

Ive had it, and never will again. The pink bottle is fitting, because you WILL need Pepto-Bismol.

Was watching Food Network Chopped BBQ Masters last night and that pink bottle was one of the basket ingredients. To say they all hated it is an understatement. Sorry folks, I like bacon, but Voodoo Donut beer is jumping the shark.

BTW, I will have some interesting beers a week + from now at my Supra BBQ Aug 25 (see PNW Meets thread for details). Pacifico small bottles for the light lager drinkers - you know I won't serve Bud but wil have stuff you will like. Some English strong Ale, Belgian-styles.... Decent root beer for the under 21 and Mormons (cough - if over 21, their choice - just a joke about last year when I had under-21 Supra-owning missionaries visit the BBQ - they drank Henry's Root Beer).

Funny thing is that I mostly drink wine at home (Tonight Louis Jadot Pouilly-Fuse - a Chard given 94F weather). Got a few thousand bottles in the cellar. But I almost never drink wine in a restaurant; there I drink beer.
