ClassicSupra - If you're looking to go cat back, I'd go with rabidchimp. The cost on it is unbeatable vs. getting something custom bent from a shop, especially if you're staying NA. That being said I went with a cherry bomb extreme and two tips and kept the stock piping. It sounds amazing!

Stock manifold is good and cheap.
2 1/2" pipe from the cat back is my choice.

I've found a "MagnaFlow" muffler to be good looking, great fit and has a great SOUND.

I said, "FOUND" because I got this from a wrecking yard for $30.00.
Price is important to me. LOL

Rabidchimp exhaust sounded great when I used it with a 2.5 magnaflow converter.

http://rabidchimp.com/rc-2-5-catback...st-system.html As far as headers are concerned, you can go with Raptor Racing's copy of the Tri Mil 6-1 header. Great power maker, especially in the upper RPMS. Also, as a cheaper alternative, you can go with a modified, ceramic coated Pacesetter from me - http://rabidchimp.com/http-rabidchim...ader-html.html My exhaust features a Magnaflow muffler. To keep the noise down, retain the use of your stock cat, or go with a direct-fit Magnaflow from me - http://rabidchimp.com/magnaflow-cata...converter.html Cya!
