Locally, Steve Ishii of Ishii Motor Industries got one of the first ones in the USA (directed from above in Toyota). He is one of the top tuners of Toyotas (along with John Reed). I've seen his car and expect to see some interesting stuff out of his shop for the FT-86. The "86" marking on the side is almost 3D "Magic Eye" shifting depending on the angle. I'm tempted.

Very sweet! Kinda surprised that you went black in Florida but that is your color, lol. I like the side by side pictures, nice reference. That one form Raj is way too sick. And I like the FR-S better than the BRZ.

It's Asphalt, not black.....but it is dark. It's a dark metallic grey. I'm a black car guy, my supra, SE-R, camaro, cherokee.....all black The times I had non black cars it was usually a hand-me-down :P

Yeah the side by side shows a great comparison. The FR-S is MUCH lighter though. You can definately feel that 2700lb lightness in it's quick response.

Congrats on the car! I'm wondering if my next car will be an FD3S or this thing...Seeing it in that color really makes me lean more towards an FRS lol!

Sooooo jealous! I want an FR-S so bad its not even funny. I'd get the orange color though or the white looks good to. Grays not available at my local dealer.
