Etiquette – Please remember when out on the

streets this weekend we are all representing
the Club and the Supra community as a whole.
Reckless driving will not be tolerated. Also
it should go without saying that since this is
a car club weekend, alcohol before driving is
not an option. Let's have a safe and ticket free
weekend!

Welcome to the
17th Annual Toronto Supra Meet!
Friday Aug 17th, 2011 (Day 1)

Schedule (directions are on the back)

5:00pm – 6:00pm

This is where we’ll fuel up on some coffee and burgers and
organize groups going to Cayuga. If you want to race you
should plan to be at Cayuga just after 6pm to get registered
and inspected.

7:00pm – 11:00pm

We lucked out last year and had some awesome weather for
drag racing; so hopefully the weatherman will co-operate
again this year. We expect the track to be packed this year
so if you want to drag race please get there early.

11:00pm – Zzzzz
Cruise back to Toronto
For those that want to brag about how fast their car
is… or how fast it will be next year… there is a Tim
Horton’s near the track… for all the others we will be
cruising back to our resting-places.



Toronto area/Meet Hotel to Wendy’s in Stoney Creek - 244 HWY 20 SOUTH. STONEY CREEK,
ON L8J 2V6
♦ From Toronto Head towards 403 Hamilton
♦ 403 to QEW Niagara
♦ From QEW ensure that when the road splits (sometime after Guelph Line) that you follow the QEW to
the left…DO NOT GO THE 403 Hamilton
♦ Exit on Hwy#20 (Centennial Street) and go South (right)
♦ Follow this for 3.9miles (6km’s) to Mudd Street…Wendy’s will be on the left hand side of the street
♦ From Meet Hotel: take a right out of the Hotel and Go West on North Service Rd. When this hits
Walkers Line make a left followed by an immediate right onto the QEW…from here follow the
direction from the 4th Bullet

Stoney Creek to Cayuga (Toronto Motorsport Park) - 1040 Kohler Road, Cayuga, N0A 1E0
♦ Go South on Hwy#20…this will turn into Hwy#56…follow this until you reach Hwy#3 and turn right
♦ Follow through the town of Cayuga and go over the Grand River Bridge
♦ The 2nd road on your left is Kohler Rd; take a left and follow for approximately 6km (4miles)…turn left
into the Park

Cayuga to Meet Hotel or Toronto
♦ Turn Right out of the park onto Kohler Rd …take this to the end of the street
♦ Take a Right at the end of Kohler; which is Hwy#3…take this to Hwy#56 which is about 6miles(9.6km)
from Kohler Rd. Take a left on #56…this turns into Hwy#20
♦ Take Hwy #20 and follow the signs to QEW Toronto…follow QEW Toronto.
♦ Shortly after the big bridge stay in the left lane and ensure you do NOT take 403 to Hamilton.
♦ Exit on Walkers Line, turn left at lights (north), second lights are North Service Rd - turn right. Motel 6
is on North Service Rd on left just after Auto Park

SATURDAY


Schedule (directions are on the back)

08:00am to 08:15am…………...Meet and Greet at
Wendys
We can meet here to fuel up on coffee and baked
goods before heading to the track. You can go straight
to the track if you didn’t want to stop.

09:00am to 05:00pm

BBQ;Show and Shine; Raffle
There will be burgers and dogs for $2 each and $1 for
a drink, so don’t worry about packing your own food!
It will be available for purchase during our lapping
time too, in case you need a break from the action. Our
show and shine will also be held in the pits. Ballots
will be given out for you to vote for the best of class
MK1/2/3/4 and Executive Committee Choice. The
BBQ; Show and Shine and Raffle will be happening at
the same time as the Lapping. We will ask all drivers
to come off the track ONLY when we are presenting
the trophies.

Drivers Meetings
Phil B is going to lay down the law for the lapping
event and then everybody can scramble to get
all the junk out of their cars, so you don’t break
something while you’re going ridiculously fast.

Lapping and Toronto Motorsports Park (Cayuga)
Last year’s lapping was the second ‘OFFICIAL’
lapping session of the Toronto Supra Club and a
HUGE success. We aim to please so have set up
another lapping session at Cayuga’s Road Circuit.

07:00 to ??:??.............................Dinner at Jacks
After a long day at the track we’ll pack our gear and
head back to the Meet Hotel area for some food and
relaxation.

SUNDAY

Welcome to the
17th Annual Toronto Supra Meet!
Sunday Aug 19th, 2011 (Day 3)

10:00am – ??:??..................................Breakfast at
Mo's Family Restaurant
Breakfast time isn’t set in stone here, we’re planning
it a little later than usual to give those who stayed up
late some time to make it. What we intend to do here
is have a nice breakfast and figure out who is still
remaining and make plans for there.

After Breakfast
Anything Goes
There are still plenty of things to do after breakfast,
and for the first time we’ll leave it up to who ever is
left. Some suggestions:
• Cruise to the Niagara region: we didn’t plan
a cruise for this meet due to the timing of the
track events. This might be a great time to do
a cruise as generally the groups are smaller
on Sunday and it’s easier to keep track of
everyone
• Warplane Heritage Museum
• Relaxing at a local park
• Drive in Movie later in the Evening
