Hurt the structure alot. Heard from many mk3 targa owner at higher speed the car tends to feel like the car is going to break and twist in half.

I have a good friend that turned a Dodge Stealth RT/TT AWD into a targa, he used corvette style targa fasteners and installed a 8 point weld in roll cage. After all was said and done the car still handled like a wet noodle.
I am all for customization, but I also have seen so many kids come onto this forum, tell us they are going to build something of the wall and custom, then tell all of us we are wrong and they can do it no matter what, they then chop a car into pieces, and are usually never heard from again.
And please for the love of God use proper grammar, sentence structure, and spelling in your posts from now on. If this is an indication of the future of America, I'm going to be joining the Canadians soon.Supra-less.

Just do it! See what you can come up with, Probably a ruined car. It has been done before, I thought it would be cool too but that's as far as it has ever gone.

This is the worst spelling, writing/typing, I've ever seen. I can only imagine if this is how you put sentences together just how fucked up the mods are. Can't wait to see the pictures!

i converted my sunroof car to a hard-top on a whim with essentially Zero experience doing body work. about two gallons of bondo and one month later i realized how seriously HUGE of a task it was. what you are talking about is no walk in the park. you will have to install some kind of CrossBracing in the car to keep it ridged. you also need someone who is Very talented with a TIG welder as to not overheat and warp your roof (ask me how i know) Do NOT MIG on your roof unless you want to really fuck that shit up.
Also, you will need to uninstall about 99% of your interior if you plain on getting this done without trashing it. a descent sized feat in itself.
Suggestion, hop on the search bar and look up "Convertible" theres a cat on here combining a celica convertible and a mk2. consider trying that instead.
OR give it to tanya so she can save it from being Ravaged! The Supra is gone... What a fun project!
