Big Upgrade Weekend for the Supra
I'm excited, on Sunday I'm renting a lift from an independent garage as well as their master tech's time to help me with the following upgrades.
• New shocks/struts
• Remove front hubs, replace inner and outer wheel bearings
• Replace front rotors with new crossdrilled/slotted bigger rotors and calipers
• Replace brake pads with Redstuff pads
• Install adjustable sway bars
• Replace as many bushings as time permits
• Epoxy paint springs
• Spray on undercoating to beef up factory undercoating.
• Alignment
• Full custom 2.5" header back exhaust - cat delete (if time allows)
I've already upgraded the rear rotors/calipers and brake pads (my first ever brake job!)
I'll have to wait on the intake installation, since the part didn't arrive in time.
I'm psyched!

Nice! I just did my rotors too. Night and Day difference. Anyways, good luck with suspension!

Thanks! Jack stands make me really nervous. I did my rear brakes one side at a time, but didn't want to try and do the suspension stuff with it on jack stands, and having someone who's experienced at doing these things will make it a much more enjoyable experience.
I never thought I'd own a Celica Supra, and now I do. Sold my boat for $ + this car, and I couldn't be happier!

Cool. I am pretty lucky, guy I work with is a mechanic with his own hoist at his place! Really handy. Brakes are mint now. Just gotta look into suspension possibly. Post some pics, would love some ideas

I just did my shocks, struts and calipers on a day off at work. Lifts make it SOOOO much nicer to work on than jackstands.

Just found out about wife's family reunion. Big upgrade pushed until next Sunday. Hopefully intake will arrive by then.
