My best autoX results yet!
Hey everyone.. It's been a long time since I've hit the autocross, but today was an exceptionally fun and successful day.
The car worked great, and my new hankook R-S3s proved to be the most significant performance upgrade I have done to date. if you're considering new tires, and enjoy driving, get something worth driving on!
take note that I have a very mild suspension as well. (ST springs) You don't need to pound your teeth out to be quick! the 7MGE's torque really helped on this course. I could leave it in second the whole time when the 4 cylinder and turbo cars had to row gears.
Consider this some proof that with some new parts, these old supras certainly can keep up with modern cars.

1st place was a formula sae car
2nd was the series champion, oustanding driver and a super sweet S2000 CR, also running hankooks
3rd place was a super quick turbo pulsar, also great driving!
I don't think I could ever move up this list but proud of where I ended up.Black 7M-GE 84 P-type Hardtop

Wow, nice job! As a I am a new owner of an MK2 Supra, it's nice to see what the Supra is capable of. Maybe in the future I might invest in a 7M, but as for now I have a 6M.
