Drilling is gonna be the only way to get the bolt out. I have a tool that you insert the ez out into. As u hammer on the tool to set the ez out in place the tool slowly turns. So as you're hammering, the ez out is spinning the bolt out. Also, if you have a pneumatic rivet gun, there is a t handle that inserts into the rivet gun and the allen socket goes on the other end. Use the rivet gun on short blasts and spin the handle and it'll remove stuck bolts and screws like nobody's business. I spent 14 years doing sheet metal work in the Air Force and Ive taken out 1000's of stuck bolts and screws that way. Also when you're drilling your holes, use bees wax to keep the tip of the drill bit cool which will help to extend the life of the bit.

Just weld a nut onto the rounded headbolt and it should back out. Get new headbolts for re-assembly.

IRWIN also makes those twist sockets and I use them sometimes with this impact click here tool that when you hit it with a hammer the impact drives it CCW or CW depending on which way you set it, and the impact also keeps the socket tight on the bolt head. Works every time.

And these are not a specialty tool either. Any place that sells auto parts should have them. I've heard of them being called 'easy outs' also.

I ended up getting it off. Drilled it off and tapped w/ a hammer. Easy mode! Easy outs are BLEH...One broke on me
