    1982 ECU Pinout

    I need the Pinout Diagram of an '82 ECU. It needs to be '82 specifically. I can't find one anywhere, not even the Archives at Toyota...

    Needs to be in this general formation, pretty please

    On the 82, Sowsley's stuff is the best, my vacuum diagrams are based off his posts. Shawn (SMP7MGTE) is the only only person I know that has even looked at the 82 wiring diagrams in depth. I think you are looking for something that does not exist. Welcome to the weird 82.

    Would the pin info be in the 82 EWD or ?? I have all the '82 manuals...on the shelf in the garage...

    Well... after checking the TCCS Diagnosis nothing listed for pre 83s...

    But after looking at the 5M-GE Engine Repair Manual pgs (E)FI- pgs60-61 and pgs A8 Service Specs and the '82 EWD pgs 26 I believe you can duplicate a pinout using the above 83 pinout as a guide???

    I do have a spare 5M-GE Engine Repair Manual and 82 EWD Manual for those interested...PM me for details...of course my cost + shipping...

    IF I have some spare time tonight I will attempt to do a pin out for the '82 BUT I will need someone to confirm the work so I will be held harmless in case there is an error in interpretation of the information based on the above info...

    The electrical diagrams for '82 are in my signature. Is the pinout not there? I would look on page 42 to see if it has the information you need.
