5M Timing Issue...
Fixed injectors/rail etc. Seems the shop guys bent the rail removing one of the bolts (it was stripped) but luckily I had another one laying around now they seal up nice n tight. Now the issue is the timing it seems.
It runs, doesn't idle, and when driving, hesitates, and has little power. I know a few of the vac lines are unplugged (as I'm getting a diagram for the vac lines to do them all) but I dont suppose 2 or 3 of them being unplugged would cause the car to not run.
Timing looks right (Mechanically), and according to the spark plug wires they are also correct..
Sounds funky though. Click the vid to hear it. (I'll install exhaust and refilm)

Also, there is a red connection (cylinder like plug) (looks kind of like distributer one thats green, but smaller)
Its unplugged, and I'm not sure if its required for the car to run correctly, but I cant seem to find where its supposed to go. Any help would be appreciated. This car was originally built to flip (300$ for the car) and then whatever my labor was to fix it, and then sell it. So I don't want to put much more time into her. I may keep it if it runs nicely though soon.
Any help is much appreciated. If any of you guys live in the Sacramento area and want to help out, theres beer and possibly cash in it for ya. I just don't have another "car mind" nearby that can see what I'm missing...
Thanks guys! You've all been SUPER helpful so far.

I finally got it to start somewhat nicely. Right now it just starts and dies. FSM says if missing vac lines, (or incorrectly placed) could cause that. If anyone has an 82, would you mind taking a picture? I can't find a nice vac line diagram.
