Little more info.. it gas a gear driven speed sensor. The guy who has it told me it either. Came out if a supra or a truck but doesnt seem to know much about it. He said the guy he got it from was an importer and that he thinks it came from japan.. It doesn't have a shifter with it but Iwas able to slide it into 3rd and forth with the exposed linkage. Yea.. I want my computer! Please help me ID this or point me to someone that can! Thanks!

looks like it came out of a truck, you can see the fork and starter are on the wrong side, not sure if this one is a r151, like ^^^^he said, those r150-r151 should come w a transfer case and the shifter in a different spot,

either way though, you should be able to bolt on a 7m bellhousing and RocknRoll! those are good transmissions, becoming rare too!

Yeah, came from a 2wd Toyota truck, most likely a one ton 2wd with the 3VZE V6. Yes you could bolt an R154 bellhousing onto it, but:
1) Would the input shaft be the correct length? (I've heard there are different lengths)
2) Would the gearing be suitable for your application, since the gear ratios are lower than the R154?

Thats what I thought. I told the seller what he has but hes pretty convinced he has a r154. Thanks all for the help. Its too bad... the price was right! As you said the gearing would be to low...mk2's are already geared to low for freeway speeds.
