    In Japan there still are such gas stands where "very kind" stuffs serve such cares(for example tire pressure check, wind screen wiping etc ... they are free ) ,as if you had seen the scene in 50's ~60's in America.

    Filler up plz ...and don't forget the kerosene, lol.

    (In Japan, kerosene can be readily bought at any filling station. For those who didn't know, kerosene is widely used in Japan primarily as a home heating fuel for portable and installed kerosene heaters, as central heating is uncommon.)

    There are vast differences across the states in America, as well. I've seen several kerosene pumps in rural communities here in Missouri, and there is a still a station or 2 around that offer full service. When I travelled to Oregon and stopped to get gas, I got YELLED AT like I had committed a crime when I tried to pump it myself like we do here. Apparently, I HAD committed a crime, as it is illegal there to pump your own!!
