He didnt accept my offer either, he wanted me to buy all 3 sets???
I only wanted the '83 and '84 and offered $38 each, the seller made it too complicated!!
He needed to just set a Buy It Now price without a best offer...

I offered him $30 then he Counteroffer with $40. By the time I saw the Counteroffer I think the listing expired and no one bought the item. He messaged me and told me he relisted the item for $40 with Buy It Now. There was also a Make Offer option but I used the Buy It Now option and paid $8.50 shipping. In the item description it says USPS Media Mail will cost based on package weight, so I'm not sure how much shipping is? Usually Media Mail costs $3.50 Originally Posted by AJ

If anyone is interested in the other '86 Repair Manual, I messaged the seller about the condition and this is what he said: manual has minor ware to front and back cover, all pages are readable, minor grease smudges to exterior of pages where people have flipped thru the pages. all the pages are there and readable. thank you for your interest! i hope to be doing business with you soon!
Whenever I login to eBay it keeps asking me for some kind of identification verification, are you also getting this kind of a problem AJ? Do you ever see any Owner's Manuals listed in your eBay searches?
