can u put a ra65 irs into a 4 link ra60????
I have a 83 Celica with a 4 link rear end I also have a extra independent rear suspension out of a 85 Celica would anyone have any idea if I could put the independent into the car that has a 4 link

Not easily, the body is different. If you want to cut the car up and weld in a new inner structure sure.

Go look on celica-gts.com/forums about the info on trying the swap. But in short, you would pretty much have to cut 2 cars in half and weld the opposite halves together.

1983 Celipra GTS:
6M bored .50 over. 250cc injectors. Delta 272 regrind cams. Carter HF fuel pump.
Pacesetter header w/2.5" cutsom exhaust. Open air intake filter. 3" piping to TB. 65mm TB & ported AFM.
4:10 rear from Supra. BillyM shifter kit. Swapped most interior over to black. T3 camber plates.
935 Budget Coilover kit. KYB AGX struts. T3 Needle bearing upper perch kit. Eibach Sport rear supra springs. SF Ford TFI Performance coil.
Almost finished with the fiberglass hatch!

And after all that hard work you'd also end up with only a mildly better, if not worse rear suspension setup. If you're going to go through all of that that hassel might as well put a good IRS in from another car

Sweet thanks guys that what I though because the Toyota cressida is the same way the wagon has a different pan than the sedan so u can't exchange the IRS fron one to the other without cutting it but ya crap lol thanks again for all the great info ill post pic of my car soon
