rough 5mge idle
these two days now my 5mge engine has a rough idle i dont know what it is. I will accelerate at a complete stop hit second gear at 2000 rpm then suddenly the car lose power, stuck on the same rpm while i throttle all the way down for like 5 second the car would pick up speed
...... Anyone know what the problem?

Check fuel pressure, could be the regulator.

I also had some of the same symptoms after driving it for about 30 miles on a hot day, due to a bad fuel pump.
