I was more of a fan last year, but with all the rules constantly changing, it's making the sport boring. Like in 2014 they're changing to 1.6 liter turbo V6s that only rev to 15k. They keep cutting down power to make them safe, when their main purpose is to be the fastest things out there. I want them to bring back the turbo engines of the 80's. /end rant. Haha But I did watch the Canadian race earlier this year, and there was some very good driving.

for years i was a f1 fan, since late 90's, when jacques villenueve, mika hakkinen, damon hill, jean alesi, and all the big manufactures were there, benetton, jordan honda, prost peugeot, stewart ford, and the always loosing team Minardi, it was a lot of fun back then.

I'm with Edgar!! 70s/80s/90s for me were great...actually drove my '74 Capri from college to the Long Beach GP in '80 and watched qualifying saw Gilles Villenueve in the 312 -T5 just blister the hairpin...lap after lap...
Senna, Berger, Alesi were icons...
Miss watching Monoco on Wide World of Sports live...
I try to watch but no time to get up early...

Arch

used to be a big F1 fan way back in my teens... to me F1 died when Senna died, after that and all the rules and regulations it pretty much died to me.
