Could someone remove their engine compartment fusebox cover on a 1982 or 1983 Supra and measure the the voltage on top of of the 7.5 amp fuse 11 which is the fuse for the discharge warning light relay coil? It is in the rear row of fuses and it is the first fuse on the left side looking at the fuse box from the front.
Just turn the ignition on and see what the voltage is without starting the car.
Please let me know what what the voltage is to within a tenth of a volt.
That voltage goes to the alternator L terminal.
If you have previously removed your discharged warning light relay then you will have zero volts.
