Stll not gettng fuel and I don't know what to check next
I'm not gettng fuel to my fuel filter. I've already replaced the fuel pump and the open circut relay so I'm not sure what to check next. I've already checked the lines too.

Are you sure the pump is turning on? Unless you have a kink in the line you should be getting fuel to the filter. Try jumping the yellow connector by the air filter.

I already did that, the pump is making noise and getting power.

Ok but is it actually pumping? I'd remove the pump and test it. Unless you you're 100% sure it's working correctly. It's a straight shoot of fuel line from the tank to the filter. Are you checking the for fuel after the filter or before it? Maybe crack the line before the filter and see if you have some fuel. Filter could be clogged if it hasn't been replaced yet.

I checked before and after and the filter and replaced it with a new one while I was doing everything and it's a brand new fuel pump. I was just wondering if there was a part I didnt know about.

Nothing else there to my knowledge. Might sound stupid but are you sure you have fuel in the tank? Maybe someone else can chime in here...

internal fuel pump, i would un-plug the line and blow between the filter and pump to see if its clogged. it shouldn't b. oor blow in the hose, going into the tank. u should hear some bubbling noise.
external fuel pump. there is a cone filter that always gets clogged. (a little tiny ass cone filter in the line next to pump) check that. and also fallow the same steps as above.

Check to make sure you are using the correct copper washers, i installed a fuel pump on an 82, the pump was making hella noise, but nothing up to the filter. Found out that the pulse dampener on the end of the fuel pump(the thing that threads onto the fuel pump) was tightened down too much causing it to not let fuel into the line. Also is your tank clean, are the fuel lines clogged with rotten gas(happens on cars that sit for a long time).
