A/T Wiring harness vs. M/T Wiring Harness

I have a '87 7mte 5 Speed Manual Supra. My m/t ecu wiring harness is completely destroyed. Is there a difference between the '87 M/T and '87 A/T wiring harness? I found a A/T ecu wiring harness online, should I buy it? The only thing I can think of that is different is the reverse light and possibly the plugs that plug into the ecu.

Cra will not care if you use an auto or 5spd harness, as long as you have a 5speed car. Reverse lights are part of the car harness on a mkii.
84 P-type, 7mgte, too many other mods to list, 20k miles on the chassis. 83 L-type, 7mgte/A340 swap, again, to much to list. 85 P-type, basicaly stock, DD.

My guess would be the auto wiring harness would probably work in a manual trans car, but not the other way around. You'll likely have a bunch of extra wiring for the transmission you won't use. Why not ask on supramania? I'm sure someone else probably did this there at some point.
