    Would a scan help with making new blanks? I have my 85 originals with protector that are in fair shape but they're the only keys we have. I also have the original sub (valet) key and it's only different at the very tip.

    Can you post a picture of your 1985 original key with protector and the original sub (valet) key?

    So are both of these the 1986 key? My key looks like the one ihateu3 posted and I always thought it was the 1985 key because that's the one I received when I bought my car.

    Alfun affirmative that's a 86 key and "rubber" key is the same...

    I did find a OEM non rubber key for the '86 just have to post it...not 100% its a valet key??

    Just saw these on Ebay seller states this part # 90999-00212 replaces the wide Supra key 90999-00104??

    can anyone verify the plastic head key works on an 84? if so i need a couple, don't even have a spare atm... they both say they work on 86 supras, but only list celicas back to 84

    Will not work with the "narrow" key cylinder 86MA...

    I have a few of these key blanks to fit the 84-86 butterfly ignition switch type if anyone is interested please PM me. No need to grind the head these fit perfect.

    What's this 84 stuff about? Because only the 86 Supra uses the special smaller head key.
