| It's an 85 P-Type which now has 193K miles ( I bought it with about 57K - third owner I think). Last year I had a new exhaust system installed - an Ultra Flow muffler with what I think is a 2.75" line from the converter (very nice sound and improvement to performance at higher speeds). I just put four new Sumitomo htr 4's on it and they ride pretty nice. I had it painted last year pretty close to the original blue but a misinterpretation a picture I provided the shop caused them to paint the lower part of the car black which I've come to like and gotten compliments on. I've done the fog like mod according to Greg's instructions and so far I've upgraded the rear speakers to a/d/s's and the front to aura's. I plan to put in a Nakamichi CD 45z before heading to Vegas this year. The guy that did the installation cut up the harness when he added a couple of a/d/s amps so I'm trying to figure out what to do about that. Other than that, the car is all original including the Dunlop D3 spare tire. |
