Feeler for the Panda I bought and put the motor from my 85 in...
Located in NW Alabama.

$1500 obo. One spot of rust behind the DS rear wheel...
HARDTOP

143k on the motor, new clutch, great interior except dash has a few cracks, suspension, hatch from 86(needs painting), new Alpine cd player, tinted windows, all extra parts from 82 motor, 4:10 LSD rear end, etx

Needs the accessories mounted on the front of the motor. I will include all the 82 intake parts and head, 85 computer for the harness on the motor, etx.

Nice resurrection! Nice interior. Price is a steal.

I was wondering about the taillights. They have the normal 82 backup lights in their centers, but they have the horizontal grooves in them (like my 84). Tanya has hers painted. Did the lights vary some within same year? Sorry for the hijack.

it looks like he's painted the lines on there to imitate the groves of the 85 style lights.

is it running? almost worth the plane ticket to have 3 of these out here. :)

Funny Scorpp... I in Portland this week....very nice out here.

I haven't had a chance to go home to get it completed yet. The last time I was down I had to strip the 86 and get the motor in the 82. I put a new clutch in it at the same time. It just needs the accessories installed and the rear end installed. I took the rear diff out thinking it was a 3.73 but found out that it had been replaced with a 4.10.

The car is a great car, its just bad timing for me. The body is good with only one slight rust spot. I put the hatch from the 86 on it because the original one was BAD. The interior is very nice to include the tinted windows. It has a great suspension on it also.

FYI: The rear taillights have pinstripe on them, thats all.

???

I thought the Red/Black and White/Black packages were Pandas. The original black hatch had a HUGE whole where medal was because someone decided to mount a 83-84 spoiler on it. This car is a hardtop that was spoilerless.

I like the mud and stone guards. Had to add those to my 82 also.

how is this a panda?

like walker said, the red car with black under side is a panda. Just like the white cars with the black under side is also a panda. :)

I suppose if you were to get technical... the white version is panda, the red is panda at that time of the month. :D

Thanks for everyone's interest. It really is a great car, just bad timing for me since me and my wife are attempting to adopt.

I am even selling Whitey.

Thanks to all.

Yeah, the originally hatch was rusted thru.

I installed the hatch from my 86 that I am parting out.

The interior and exterior are really nice, especially for a 82 model. It also has new suspension components.
