Toyota plans to enter its i-ROAD into a car-sharing service trial starting in April.
The Japanese automaker has announced a partnership with Park24 to test out its i-ROAD, an ultra-compact three-wheeled electric vehicle. The i-ROAD will be paired with Park24’s 'Times Car Plus' service that allows members to share cars at any time of day or night. Toyota will also incorporate elements from its 'Ha:mo' optimized urban transport system during the trial.
Those things would not work here, too small and slow, but i like the concept. We have a similar service in austin called car2go where you get a smart car though, there was even a dude who led the police on a chase in one, abandoned his first one, then got in another to try and get away haha
The little turd looks like an enclosed trike. Sorry,my 6' frame probably would not fit in there.
Those car- to- go things are a step in the right direction, but I would never buy one.
What a horrible car.
Get a Prius or a Leaf.Civic hybrid.

My R/C trucks are the same way: BRUTAL acceleration, wheelie at any speed, better than any nitro-powered truck,by FAR.
Electric will be the future and I want one.
Lithium-polimer batteries or the 18650 cells are killer.
