Just Googled it, and it's the three main high-current positive connections and grounds.

    *Alternator output to battery

    *Battery ground to chassis

    *Block ground to chassis.

    Thanks, Jocelyn!

The interior still needs a ton of work, the wiper arms need to come off and get cleaned/painted, etc, etc, etc.

Separated all the electrical connectors I could easily get at in the engine bay, and cleaned them with DeoxIT, and then reseated them with a dab of silicone grease in them.

One more small thing crossed off the punch list.

Going to start working on that FUGLY front bumper this weekend. We have a birthday bash to go to on Saturday, so I'll get started on it Sunday. I have THREE WEEKS to get her presentable for the Hagerty "Car-B-Que" down in Golden on August 3rd.

Had a family birthday party to attend, so all I did today was get out the stuff to clean the paint on the hood. It hit me when I was washing her the other day, that all the time I spent scrubbing the paint, I had the hood open, and forgot to clean the hood!

By the end of the week I should have the hood cleaned, and hopefully the nicks and dings in the front bumper filled and sanded.

Scrubbed the paint on the hood using the Quick Detailer spray and a ScotchBrite pad, and finally, after over a year, the paint is a nice, uniform color on the entire car.

And I pulled the wiper arms off to clean them up and paint them.

Your short but detailed posts of minor hurdles is maybe the best log of maintenance out there about what you can/should be doing on these cars.

    Thanks!

Still fighting to get the wiper arms off. The nuts came right off, but the arms are going to tale a little persuasion to get loose.

I dripped some PB Blaster down into the splines the other day, and I'll probably go shopping for a small puller to get them off. I have an all-steel 'trim popper' tool that *almost* works to pry them off, but if I slip using it........ooops!

Just press down on the elbow part off the arm and they should pop right off.

    Well, DUH.....that was easy.....

Must be one of those "Once You've Done It...." kind of things!

Geez.....I might just have all my punch list knocked out in time for the Hagerty Club House "Car-B-Que" in Golden.

Any tips about removing the black metal panel under the wiper arms? Just pull the screws and lift it off?
