If I had to remember all these wires I'd be in serious trouble! The labels are a godsend. I even took the time to draw my own schematics of the entire system.

The oil pan has a slight drip, probably from the flange warping a bit during welding.

Next stop - a dyno for tuning.

Technically your car is just a Celica now, with a Supra nose swap

The extended wheelbase helps stability while racing. I often wonder if the K24 engine placement in a Celica would be better than the Supra.

I had elbow surgery last Tuesday to get a very old injury repaired. I can't do anything strenuous with the arm for at least 6 weeks. Before the surgery I was able to remove the engine and get the oil pan sealed, then install everything again. The final wiring is complete but not tidied up until I'm sure that the engine runs on the dyno. My best guess is Mid-October for tuning.

The Supra with that engine would net better overall weight balance, stability and probably aerodynamics. But a Celica, especially a GT with a solid rear, would be substantially lighter, which would probably trump the benefits the Supra has.

My buddy just finished his Beams swap into his 85 Celica GT with mk1 Supra swap already done. That thing is so light, its much more like a slightly larger, angrier ae86 then a Celica Supra.
