The 245/50 BFGs are about an inch shorter in dia and an inch wider than a stock 225/60. It makes the car sit lower and they handle pretty good too!
A little more "heavyness" in the steering tho. Mine are getting pretty worn now, and in the dry they handle really well. Don't forget the speedo reads a little fast (~5%) with them too. Its like putting in 5% lower gears. Ie 4.10s -> 4.30s or 4.30s -> 4.56s
