I tried the screws from the lower part of the arm, too big. Also the same for the ones from the rear wiper.

Please let me know if you have a pair. I'd like to make the Toronto Supra Club yearly but I need wipers just in case.
Last nights show was good. No rain.

Looking at the diagram above the part numbers for passenger side and drivers side are the same. But they show 3 wiper arms so it's a little unclear. I don't see the specific screws indicated.
I wonder if it's a case of new paint in threads making things too tight?

Nope definitely a different size. I now have two in the wiper. I carefully did a tap style turn it in 1/2 a turn and out 1/4 turn until the threads were cleared of new paint.
The other screws from the rear wiper and passenger side were too big to do that with.
