try ASAP motors in Texas, they seem to have decent deals, my mechanic here usually charges about 500 to R&R a motor, 1200 would seem excessive for the job, but hey, I live in Arkansas.......

Exactly. Contact Ray, he can work everything out for you. Your mechanic can just throw in the 6m in place of the 5m.I really don't know much about cars. I called the place, told them what I had, they found a "replacement" for $1000 from a junkyard or some such. How does one go about "upgrading" their engine? Can I just order it online or something? And then, I suppose, have it delivered to the mechanic?
