is the 6m and 7m block the same or can you just put a 5m head on a 7m block (with some mods)?

is there a 130 mph digital dash. i got a 82l very soon to be 6m and i luv my digidash but hate the 85limit?

The blocks and the cranks are the same enough, but what you really, really need from only the 6m is the harmonic balance/pully. The 5m pully won't fit on the 7m shaft without custom machine work. There are other differences - pistons obviously but suffice it to say until the importers run out of 6ms, its cheaper to buy a 6m than to try to make one.

130mph digital dash does exist. You'll need to start hunting for a US 84 - 85 L-Type, unless the latter Canadian Spec cars got this after the 84 model year.
