See if you have access to any 79 - 80 MA46 MKI Supra's, those have the 4M-E's in them. Not sure if the EFI system from a 5ME will work, my MKI TSRM's show minor differences in the intake plumbing. Then you will need the wiring harness & a 4M-E ECU.
I'm not sure if the EFI system from a 5MGE will bolt on to a 4M-E.
If all else fails, do a 5MGE motor transplant. The motor mount locations should be the same for a 4M/5M, regardless if it's the SOHC or the DOHC motor.
