Dunno what you're talking about. Those definitely aren't ground controls. However, I wouldn't use the helper either. It's not a flat coiled spring and is going to bind up weirdly at the top.

yeah I havent decided if I was going to or not. I was leaning towards the not.

I just hope that when I drop it I dont have any issues with my lower IC pipe as it is already just as low as the bottom of my cressida lip...so I will probably install these and leave it at about stock ride height until I can remake my lower IC pipe....

as for struts I will be running some new gy2's....I know they arent great but they will be much better than the stock almost 200k struts I have.

but yeah keep that helper spring out O did you get RCA's????? your going to want some

not currently....and probably wont pic them up for a bit.

but I wont be able to really lower the car much anyways (cause of the ic pipes) for a bit.
When I lower the car I will start looking to pick some up.

i already know they dont lower the suspension i was wondering at what point do you need them.

RCAs keep the lower control arm in the OE position to prevent bump steer.
