will 550 injectors work with the 5 MGE engine?? will the idle be hard to set if it does... they are low impedance ...

only if you have a standalone engine managment system. this has been covered several times. try searching. the largest injector that can be controlled by the 5m with a safc is 295's from an n/a mkiii.

yup. a properly tuned aic would be a very good option.

If I did my project over I would leave the stock injectors in and use a couple larger injectors with an AIC. It would be alot slicker than the SAFC I believe. And you would not have to modify the AFM.
