Yes, that should work. Please check the combustion chamber volume before you bolt it on, if the 5M-E head has larger chambers you will lower the compression ratio.. not good.
The 4M-E has 8.5:1 compression according to this list:

and the 5M-E 8.8:1 .. so it is very probable that the heads are indeed identical.
