I sent an email to the site and it gets returned with the below message about " cannot send message within 4 hours":

I was wondering if we could get CDs of the TSRM or download the site and make our own. Can anyone offer this kind of tech help?

call me blind... but I can't find the 87 tsrm. I even searched... all I can find is the cygnus link.
