when I got the car the brakes were spongy to say the least

after @Whitey482 and I determined the proportioning valve was not allowing fluid to the rear brakes while attempting to flush the system with new fluid the brakes have been noisy

yes, I owe him a replacement proportioning valve if anyone has one available for sale

who knows how long they have been not functioning

recently, some new noise has started along with some concerning feeling

sample in this video and can try to take a better one '85 Mk 2 Supra rear brake noise

very concerning

will go into gear fine for reverse and moves backward fine stopping as if something is stopping the wheel or I am hitting something

was able to back out and back now from where I was wondering what the problem is

big thanks to @Whitey482 for working with me over the weekend on getting this resolved!

pics possibly to follow, but I apparently lost an inside brake pad on the driver's side caliper so the piston had started making contact with the rotor to the point that it had it down to the ribs(may not be the actual terminology)

replaced the rotor, caliper and pads = working great with no more noise plus peace of mind that it is much safer than a failing brake system

and I owe Nick more parts..
