I have a 85 supra 5sp 5mge stock except filter an muffler. I got my tags taken away for 30 days. I get them back on monday. I have been cranking my car every other day. Today I drove it when I hit my breaks it started smokeing a thick white smoke from the tailpipe I drove it around the block three or four times still the same. When i parked it it smoke alittle at start up. Also have a break leak. Only does it when I slow down. Any ideas I thought it might be a head gasket or valve seal.

white smoke from tailpipe = blew head gasket or a cracked head.

yes it will, cause you have a coolant leak going into the cylinder, so will run out of antifreeze and eventually the engine will overheat. or the coolant would mix with the oil and you will seize the engine.

haha newbs, it's not a BHG or cracked head... it's a bad master cylinder leaking brake fluid into the intake manifold.

easy.

Even if it were a blown head gasket, it wouldn't necessarily always overheat. Mine didn't when I blew the head gasket. Yes, your master is gone.

Stan, there is a vacumn hose connecting master cylinder to intake. If master cylinder has internal leak, fluid is drawn into intake by vacumn of engine. Burnt brake fluid is white. White smoke + unexplained brake fluid loss=Bad Master Cylinder.
