AFM for 7m-gte conversion

What do you do about the AFM when swapping the 7m. I am unable to find a parts car so I am going to source out a complete 7m-gte. How complete should this engine be? What other mk3 parts will I need to get to be sure that I have all I need? Which parts will I need to keep from my 5m?
