Kind of curious, is it possible to buy an aftermarket AFM for the supra?

Simple answer is yes. But the more complete answer is that you'd need another set of electronics to use with it - AEM etc.

That, or go with something like MegaSquirt and get rid of the AFM completely.

Woo Got another AFM question
I ripped off that black panel to take a look inside it

Can I just use silicone to seal it back up?

Dont want any water getting in there

Yes, seal it back up. If you use black it will look stock... I've seen at least one that was bright blue!

You can get black silicone??? lol I will stop by Canadian Tire tonight and grab some (before morning dew strikes)

And what is the easiest way to scrape off the old stuff?

Hm, when I took mine apart the silicone was clear. I've been running w/o any silicone on the black "door" for months now but I have a spare AFM in the car for in case something goes bad :p

Same here, either clear, or what use to be clear/but kinda yellowed now.

Ben, I used a small flat head screwdriver and "scraped" it off, then use a mild 3M abrasive pad or scotch sponge with the green side...
